Even as an intermediate practitioner, this was a really beautiful yoga practice. It was a good mix of everything - stretching, strength, side body. It was very gentle, and good for low-energy days as an intermediate practitioner.

COVID has been really hard I found myself in a depressed state for the better part of 2 years. With the help of the ‘Breathe and Flow’ channel, particularly this video in the morning and the ‘restorative yoga for better sleep’ at night I can actually feel myself again. Physically and emotionally. Thank you both for the work you put into your yoga content. I find you both explain the poses very well so I don’t have to be wondering a lot about posture. I really appreciate that. 🙏

This is my very first time doing yoga. I’ve always entertained the idea of doing yoga but always felt as if I “wasn’t flexible enough” and always thought I would look ridiculous doing yoga. Well thanks to RU-vid I don’t have an excuse for looking ridiculous so now my only hurdle was being flexible enough. Thank you for addressing that right at the beginning of class. And thank you for the constant encouragement that if my pose doesn’t look just like your pose that I am somehow doing it wrong! Thank you for encouraging to do what you can. Thank you so much for this video. My partner and I have not been exercising much during covid other than walking. Today we did this for the first time, and really loved your gentleness and encouragement. We felt energised physically and emotionally by this class, and plan to do it every day until our bodies will allow us to do the next level. I often avoid exercise (don't we all) and this was really really easy to get into. You are doing so many things right in terms of helping people to get into this. This was my very first time doing yoga, and some poses were hard. But the good kind of hard. I felt so relaxed after this video. I'm not an athletic person, and I hate exercise. First tried this yoga video last week on vacation at a resort in the Bahamas! We were supposed to have a n instructor come lead the class but they never came, so one of the other people that was there for the class pulled out her iPad and speaker and we all did yoga together with this video and had a blast!

I hurt my wrist last week trying to do new poses. While I was starting to worry my wrists would hurt, you brought up how stretching the wrists were important.I could have sworn you read my mind! thanks for sharing your thoughts and your request. all of these classes work well with any sport, which is why we do not offer specific classes for sports. for running you can do any of the beginner classes and especially the ones that focus on lower body stretches and upper body strength, since you don't have that when running 🙏🖤we are working on more mobility videos which will help you run better, or do any sport better. we provide generic movement patterns which always have to be trained and fixed first before you get specific, with sport specific movements. the body learns generic to specific.
