Very good tutorial! Personally, I found that never killing the OBSERVER and letting it constantly consume skulls makes it easier because of object avoidance. Try it yourself!
Nice guide, but you should really be going over gem training too- when you let the monstrosities suck your gems up into a big line and then kill them last minute to get all the gems at once. It's a really advanced tech, but a good one to know.

Maybe I need more practice but doesn't seem to work for me initially. When circling around the spire skulls seem to either just clip through or split into two different directions that cause me to walk backwards into them.
This was so good! Another tip that I strongly recommend to new players is to constantly rocket jump in order to shoot the Skeleton Nests from above, since the high ground gives better visibility between the tentacles. I also recommend binding the shoot input to the keyboard as it makes mashing easier - I think that's how top players are able to shotgun as fast as they do.
@@Cyles99 you need to pull stuff off of the devil daggers info website. There is an option in the tool that will show you the spawnsets on the website that you can import into the tool. All you are doing is spawning yourself at a certain time with no spawns right now.
I'm sorry but this simply isn't a good guide. Let me begin by saying I'm not invalidating your skills, you got to 900+ seconds so there is no doubt that you're a experienced Devil Daggers player. But the "tips" in this video is simply terrible. The whole point of farming early game is to have more gems late game, in this video you literally have 6 gems when the gigapedes spawn because you wasted all your homing and let the spiders eat your gems. For comparison even if you don't farm whatsoever you should get to 81 gems at 260s (assume no homing and loss). Secondly you suggested standing still when scraping the gigapedes which is a horrible idea, I'm not saying this method is wrong because you clearly pulled it off but there is simply a more consistent way to do it by running along the side of a gigapede. The formatting of this guide is also pretty bad, you misspelled and misnamed pretty much all the enemies, the words are too fast to read, and most of your tips are "just look at what I'm doing here" without any explanation. Again, I know you are a very competent player, you pretty much mastered shotgun tech and the movement, but I think your early game strategy is questionable at best. In fact your guide is so bad I'm beginning to think this is a joke
