I like this... a few tweaks would be needed to make it work for me. Living room: switch the chairs and couch; maybe add a wood burning fireplace Bedroom #2: floor to ceiling built in bookshelves and a trundle bed. Dining room/kitchen: move the kitchen toward the "dining room" and make the back half of the kitchen a giant pantry. Master: Extend toward bedroom 2 a little to make the master bath bigger to allow for a tub. Guest bath: make the shower smaller
