I hate how underrated everything about this show is: the story, the acting, the cinematography and of course the phenomenal singing make up such an incredible hidden gem of a show! :)
Brittany O’Grady’s subtle expressions really envelops this performance. Not only is she an amazing singer but her acting is superb! And Colton Ryan is just the perfect vocal and emotional accompaniment

After I heard this song, I had to make a lead sheet. My 7 year old said, why do you keep listening to this song? I said it just speaks to me and has a haunting melody... he can sing it now.
God knows how many times I cried watching the entire series... It's so good it doesn't deserve to be cancelled after such a very strong first season... Petition for season 2!!!
I really enjoyed listening to Brittany's performances as much as I enjoyed Sara's version. This had never happened to me before as I'm particularly fond of Sara's music and performances. This being said, I think I get why they cast Bethany for this. Great choice and amazing actress/singer!

I just found this series and was deeply moved. The characters are so appealing…… there story isn’t over. The music and acting transport you. Im so disappointed that the series has been canceled.
Goosebumps every time!! The emotional built up of this song is crazy and the climax, breathtaking (literally lol). Brittany and Colton’s voices complement each other soo well! Thank you Queen Sara for blessing us with another masterpiece!!
I remember getting goosebumps the first second her voice started on this song. I ended up crying by the end of it. Hands down my favorite song of the series. Ghost Light is my second favorite. I’ve seen the show has been cancelled though and I’ve been waiting for the second season! 😭❤️🩹 Would be nice if it was saved somehow.
Given that both Sara and Brittany have signed on to other new series, I hate to say that it seems unlikely. But Sara can DO ANYTHING, so don't lose hope!
This. I'm 35 now and Sara has been a huge part of my life since I was 18. She has filled my entire adult life with beautiful music and soulful, thought-provoking lyrics. I feel so grateful for every new song/album/project she releases. Thank you, Sara. ❤
He (Colton as Samuel in the show) loves her in a way that's so much deeper than Ethan's physical attraction to her. It's a beautiful show, on Apple TV+ if you haven't watched it yet.
