Many people want to have better aim. And that's a path that I've travelled. So today I'm bringing you my tips and tricks for easy changes to make, or reminders to implement, that can help you to increase your accuracy in Battlefield 5. Of course this can make a difference in all FPS games, not just BF5. So be sure to take the viable ones for a spin in any shooters that you play.

Battlefield V is a first-person shooter video game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. Battlefield V is the sixteenth installment in the Battlefield series. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 20, 2018. Those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of the game were granted early access to the game on November 15, 2018,[2] and Origin Access Premium subscribers on PC received access to the game on November 9, 2018.[3] The game is based on World War II and is a thematic continuation of its World War I based precursor Battlefield 1.
Pre-release reception of the game was mixed, with the announcement trailer causing backlash from fans of the series for the degree of historical inaccuracy and the inclusion of female soldiers. Upon release, Battlefield V received generally favourable reviews from critics, being praised for its gameplay but criticized for its shortage of content at launch and lack of innovation. The game sold 7.3 million copies by the end of 2018 but was a commercial disappointment for Electronic Arts.

One of the closest to covering everything about aim that I've seen. All you missed was pre-aiming potential danger zones with the hip fire reticle before scoping in and the benefits of crouch firing. Great vid oh and how the hell did you get that enemy AI to stand still and not fire at you for the aim assist stickiness section? Cheers.

Probably the most helpful tip for the noobest of noobs is use the joystick all the time, i always see people who just fires, then move their right stick a bit and fire again. Like bro, theres a enemy there and you're not even controlling the recoil and use the damn joystick all of the sudden.

I'v been playing FPS since like 2006, I fell for the battlefield franchise because it allowed me to find a way to enjoy playing - fly a chopper, mortar, tanking, healing teammates etc. when I sucked at run-n-gun. I generally have low accuracy, low PPM but it seems more so with the release of BF1 and BF5. I can hold my own in 4 and 3 but something changed I think and it's just harder to hit targets, for me anyway. Full disclosure I'll be 61 this year so maybe its some of that...lol I'm going to make a couple of the changes you mentioned as I feel I over correct a lot, and at the same time am slow to get my sights on target . thanks for the vid!

The one tip I will always give and im a 50 yr old player who has games since the beginning of time and at one stage very competitively and thats what I call lazy mouse , when you move around keep your mouse cursor up at head height. This enables you to get that initial head shot off and then you can pull down very gradually on the mouse getting those body shots in countering your recoil. Its very easy to get lazy and run around with your cursor far too low , if your enemy is good he will have that cursor ready to pop that initial headshot. Its worked for me with every FPS ive ever played and my accuracy is fairly good even for an an old git now

Very good tip indeed mate, I'm a console player and the cross hair needs to be centred at all times ( or like you said at bit higher at head height ) it's so lazy not to be be ready to engage at times when you're running round with the cross hair pointing down

How to improve your accuracy stat in BF Step 1: equip a shotgun

2:45 Field Of View and Thumbstick Deadzone settings are also important here. If you're a console player and you're new to the game I recommend 70 FOV and 10% for the Thumbstick Deadzones. 3:22 Some weapons have a "Lightened Stock" spec which increases your strafing speed. Bear in mind that you may miss more shots if you use that spec, but you can pop in/out of cover quicker. 5:10 If you prefer sniping, turn ADS FOV [off[. If you like regular weapons, turn ADS FOV [on]. 9:03 In the options I have Leaning set to the Left Thumbstick (sprint button) so I can lean left or right when I am aimed in. This doesn't interfere with the sprint function and is handy for this.

ROY57ON I actually changed sprint button since I don’t like using L3/R3 much and I put leaning on the same button as sprint and slide (single tap), it works surprisingly well since you can either lock into the lean or just pop in and out of it

I have one tip, I recommend to put your scope ahead of the enemy’s track, where you think they’re going. Once you got ‘em lined up, shoot.

You are a really awesome guy, I play bf5 for like..4 months...and the first 2 months were like hell for my but with practice and experience and using actually many of your tips, now I am almost always in the first 10 on the scoreboard

Its like sometimes i aim really good and sometimes i don't aim good, it depends on the gun and recoil too, it takes a while to get better too, your tips are important warm up and control the recoil :D keep up the good work dude a big like

Great tips bro. I've been around battlefield since bf3 days and I can say that these tips will help you lot. I would also like to add an other tip and that is time. Time teaches everything. Following these tips will improve your gameplay but one won't become a pro overnight with any number of tips. So don't worry if you feel that you've not improved even after following these tips. Give it time and you will improve eventually.

Nothing like a good console AIM ASSIST...I say as another Dedicated PC player. Problem probably was you were actually trying to aim instead of letting it do the aiming for you.

Using the strafing helped me with a shit ton of engagements but I noticed that my movement sensitivity is low. I used this against scouts as well and most werent skilled enough to land a single hit.

Right now I’m on 90 ads, 90 soldier, thinking about moving to 100% my accuracy maxed out at 27-28% but now it is ~24-25% which is very respectable, for console, I’m definitely curious how my aim accuracy will change at 100%, my recommendation for those of you that like accuracy, change to a lower axis’s, it will make for really nice flicks and precision because it takes less pull on the stick, I would HIGHLY recommend lowering it, the lower it is, the less it takes to move when on the sticks ;) great format on this video GGG good stuff!

keep in mind, ADS is on scale of 2:1, so 200% is 100% (same speed) and 100% is 50%...assuming you aren’t using usa, not sure how it scales with usa on

I can completely vouch for the sensitivity/DPI advice, especially in regard to muscle memory. I purchased a new gaming mouse before Christmas. Set my DPI to 4500, and had been struggling in FPS games that I don't normally until yesterday. I finally set my DPI down to 3200, and had an instant, massive improvement across the board. It's insane, but muscle memory can take ages to relearn. So it's super important to remain consistent. The guys that have their sensitivity jacked up have the extensive practice and hand-eye coordination to pull it off.

Taking the mp40 and single tap firing, you can put more bullets down field by doing that, and be more accurate than to use the auto fire

I know for a fact my accuracy will be skewed cus I fire a lot of speculative and suppressive shots. Ie not trying to hit them just using bullets to pressure.

Really appreciating your tipps, however I can apply nothing of this (except warmup) since in 10/10 situations I see an enemy and I'm instantly dead. I can't take my time, hell in most cases I can't even aim at the enemy. Not even mentioning the constant airplanes (which went back to borderline invulnerable since the FF nerv).

Raven's Tip for you :) When you aim for the enemy, aim for something smaller than the enemy itself. This works with any kind of gun. When aiming, be sure to focus on something in particular. Might be the helmet, or some feature of the torso. Like that you focus and aim automatically on the target. Also, if you practice that enough you won't even need to readjust your crosshair. If you do that your accuracy will drammatically improve. Stop analysing what you see in: Enemy and No enemy. Focus on it and you won't miss your shots! Good luck

That aim snap really messes up my sniping, Ill be trying to aim at someones head and another person will run around behind them and it would auto aim towards the other target making me having to adjust my aim again just as im about ready to fire, so I turned this off, then there is a challenge with the sniper gun that you have to kill 7 enemies in a round that is under 10 or 5 meters, This is dice trying to get people to get kills with the weapon that its not meant for

So today guys we are going to be going over more simple tips and stuff but the first tab not many people know this but if you do a good job but you were very smart but anyways so the beginner kit that I would try to tell you is shoot your gun no maybe you need girls set a bigger balls to do it but shooting your gun really helps sometimes I love how you guys are only going mainly but sometimes just shoot the gun press the trigger right now just that’s my tip very rare nobody does it just shoot the gun it all change your game

Sometimes I feel like it doesn’t matter how good you are in this game... sometimes it comes down to internet speed. Maybe I’m just making excuses, but I have had many instances where I have landed revolver head shots at point blank and gotten killed with no trade! I know I hit because of the blood...

Tip: Activate snap aim assist, end of video :D No seriously tho, pre aiming and crosshair placement is something I'd like to add. If you're already aiming in the right spots, you basically only have to shot to kill the enemy.

That's why I'm a LMG guy. Aim is half decent, it's those darn players that hop around like a rabbit with it's tail on fire you need that LMG for. But I done better sticking to a night playing infantry or a night of using a tank only.
