Simple Cooking [3] Spinach in Braised Abalone Sauce ( 红烧鲍鱼菠菜 ) 

We may substitute the Spinach with chinese cabbage, chinese spinach, sweet potato leaves, etc.
Remember to squeeze out excess water from the vegetable before mixing it with the braised abalone sauce.
