Welcome to the vlog! Summer is just around the corner and nature is in full bloom. Inspired by the slow rhythm of nature, I've decided to get more creative with its gifts. I'm making a fresh salad with typical spring garden 'weeds,' trying my hand at tincture-making for the first time, and enjoying and learning more about nature. I'll also be testing a healthier mayonnaise recipe shared by a friend and giving you a glimpse of one of the bedrooms in my childhood home, which also features decor inspired by nature's elements. Thank you! ❤️ Fashion isn't my main interest, so I haven't really paid much attention to it. I don't like online shopping and find shopping for clothes in general rather tiring. I do some of my shopping at nearby stores like Zara, Lindex, and Mango or sports clothing stores, and some at second-hand stores. I try to avoid buying clothes according to the latest trends. I also sell my old clothes at an online flea market in Estonia.

Hi! I really am fascinated by medicinal herbs... it's such a new and exciting world for me, but I have so much to learn. I try to eat healthy 80% of the time. My goal is also to become a little 'herb witch' 😉. I havent planted the catnip in the herb bed yet, as I originally planned, because of the cats. For now, I have it on my balcony, but I might find a better spot for it soon. Thanks! 🌞🤗

The mayonnaise looks so wonderful and creamy! Can I ask why you used walnut oil in particular and if another oil could used, just out of curiosity? I definitely want to try it!

Thanks! I've tried making it with olive oil, and while I love the taste of high-quality olive oil, it was a bit overpowering in the mayonnaise. You can replace the walnut oil with any other neutral-tasting oil, preferably cold-pressed. 😉 I also provided a link to my friend's Instagram reel where I got the recipe... she has it written down there.
