Sindhi Doda | सिंधी डोडा | Nashte me jhatpat banaye doda | Sindhi breakfast recipe in hindi
Sindhi Dodha
Ingredients:
Jowar flour 3 cups
Salt as per taste
Ajwain 1 tsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Fresh Coriander Chopped 1 tbsp
Tomato chopped ¼ cup
Phok 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 1 tbsp
Green garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Red chilli pwd 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water as required
Green Chutney
Coriander handful
Mint leaves handful
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Jeera 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 3 pcs
Black salt ½ tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl, add jowar flour, ajwain, ghee and rub it.
Then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, green garlic, phok, salt, red chilli pwd and mix it.
Later add water, knead it and form a semi hard dough. Rest it for 5 mins.
Heat a flat pan, flatten the dough within hand and transfer it to a hot pan.
Roast it evenly from both sides.
Serve hot with curd and green chutney.
Green chutney
Heat a pan and light roast jeera. Keep it aside.
Take a mixer jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, roasted jeera, green chillies, lemon juice and black salt.
Add some water and make a fine paste of it.
Our green chutney is to go with a variety of dishes.
