How I do mine is simmer first the meat with all the spices till soft ,remove the soup and fry with just ouk till brown then (makes it so soft on the inside and flavourful and nice and brownnon the outside then sieve out abit of the soups particles and ads abitback into the meat a d simmer foe like 5minutes and you enjoy okeeeey lol.Inneber ever use the flour and my meats are always a winner.Try and throw in fresh Dhania/Cilantro and enjoy with dome rice or Roti.
