This song is so special to me. It was a song between my only son & I. He was a good son, but I lost him to cancer last year. I had this played for his services & everytime I hear it, it brings tears😢 But always love this song❤
On another note besides don't judge a book by its cver...I would like to say that disabled people aren't here for us to teach them...they are here for the to teach us...God bless people helping people...that's the way it should be...no prejudice...no racism...no judgements....no bullying....everyone is unique in our own way...help less fortunate people out...check on your elderly neighbors...offer to take someone's shopping cart rather than letting them take back in the store...at concerts fistbump the person next to you...all the little things matter...let's make the world a better place.
saw this live in michigan. was bone shaking heart felt. mom dedicated this to me days before cancer took her from me. 4/23/2020. fly high momma. she did some time like you jelly and dealt hard cards to play.
Love him also. But if you haven't heard of Jesse Howard, Nu Breed, you will relate to every one of his songs. Most about addiction. I'm 62 years old, and I'm a old time Skynyrd #1 fan for 40 years lol and I am addicted to Jesse Howard ❤
My beloved brother lived his life as a simple man. This song makes me think of him. FYI My brother attended Lynyrd Skynyrd's last performance Greenville, SC 1977. Tears
I’m so sorry, as a momma I can relate. My son has been in NA recovery for 8 years. I had a Step Son die from addiction 😢. Then the devil of booze got him. 70 days sober for him. Please pray🙏🏻
Shinedown hits home every time, add in Jelly roll and its just kinda extra special. I have stood in the crowd with tears pouring from my eyes singing these words, its a moment i think about often and will forever treasure.
