I do the same thing with a 30 gal bladder and 12v pump. I filter my through a BluTec MR4 water filter. They recommend a max water pressure of 3GPM. Since most RV pumps exceed that I found a 3 gpm pump to use. I also use a macerator pump for my black tank with a Camco “honey wagon. I wired a 30 amp fused SAE plug and mounted it on the frame between the black tank outlet and the water convenience center, so either pump can get house 12v power right from my trailer. Like the water bladder, I put the honey wagon on the tailgate and fill it in place and then drive to the dump station. Both systems work flawlessly for boondocking.

Excellent info. You’ve got a well oiled system there. We do the macerator pump when we are too far to tow it on the truck hitch. Good stuff. Thanks for watching and chiming in. Appreciate it.

You can skip your battery and extra pump need by simply hooking your bag to the camper city water connection and the switching your camper valves to the sanitize position. You then turn on your camper water pump and your camper will suck the water from the bag into its tank.

Indeed. We do that as well. We put that on the screen as an option. We just wanted to show how to do it with the pump for people who may not have that feature. Our siphon mode is a bit slower but we do it both ways.

I have thought of this process for if i ever go full time. I have ryobi tools and ryobi has an 18 volt water pump, i think that is what i would do

If you have the sanitize or siphon on your nautilus panel you really don’t need a pump. We like to have the option though.

Too bad you dont have a goose ball set up. Would give you a ton more room and a better ride. I have almost the same water bladder set up. Difference is my unit draws the water from bladder using the sanitize arrangement. No seperate pump needed.

Yea, there are some days when I have truck bed space envy. We can use the sanitize as well but wanted to show the pump for those who do not have it. Funny story, at the beginning we got the pump thinking that was the only way to do it... then saw the sanitize/siphon feature. Duh! lol Good to have both. Thanks for watching.

I may had missed it, but what was the time difference between pump filling vs. gravity filling your RV tank from the bladder?

Good question. I'll have to time it the next time we do it. We just felt it was longer with the siphon/sanitize feature. You can totally do it either way. We just wanted to be sure and show the pump for the peeps who do not have the other option.

How often do you disinfect the water bag?
@liketheresnotomorrow

Not as much as we should. I’d say every other month or so. The manufacturer suggests adding 3-5 gallons of water and about 8 drops of bleach per gallon. We also run the water through our filtration system with every use.

If you didn't want to carry the battery around hook a 7 way trailer plug to it 🍻

Wow. Cool. How do you make that work? 7 plug to pump?

If you filled before you got there, are empty now and refilled with 60 gal, what are you doing with your grey tank water? You have to be darn near full...

You should checkout the full video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v-NHPwZxAr4.htmlsi=xsOtZCaMRJvlMwdC Basically we used a camco waste tote to dump after a week. We also used a dish basin to catch the grey tank water in the kitchen after we started getting full. We can pretty much go two weeks with one fresh refill, using the bladder... and one waste tote dump of the main black and kitchen grey. We detatil it in the full video if you're interested. Thanks for watching.

On my system I can drain the gray water and or the black water tank into my honey wagon with a macerator pump and drive to a dump station.
