1 ready rolled puff pastry sheet
1 egg
150g (3/4 cup) soft cheese such as Philadelphia
200ml (3/4 cup) whipping cream (such as Philadelphia)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling of your choice: total 3 heaping tablespoons. I used: 1 heaping tbsp store bought caramel, 1 heaping tbsp Lotus Biscoff spreed, 1 heaping tbsp blackcurrant jam.
