SIMPLE SMALL HOUSE WITH 2 BEDROOMS (10.5x6.5m) 

Being a pensioner - this is the perfect size for me and my son. And the layout is just right. No wasted space!! The bonus is the front porch. This is the style that "Low Income Housing" should build for people on fixed income.

This is a real winner as either a starter home or a retirement home. Efficient layout, easy to build, easy to maintain. Even the kitchen, which is so often a disaster for an ambitious cook, is an excellent layout. Part of the storage in the laundry room could make an excellent pantry, making the kitchen that much better. The only change I can see needing to be made is to widen the door into the bathroom. I would make it a pocket door so it does not take up floor space.
