120 grams Egg Noodles
1 Liter Water
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Piece Onion
1 piece Carrots
1 cup Cabbage
1 piece Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2-3 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

I put all in 1 pot at once. 1 liter water, 3or 4 stock cubes, noodles for 2 people, raw chicken on top of noodles, carrot , cabbage ginger, onions garlic. Cover, boil 5 min, add oyster sauce and all is ready. All water is absorbed in noodles and all cooked at once in 5 min. Is it good way?

I will try this next time I cook egg noodle. I usually just add fresh noodles to my wok of veg for 5 mins. This looks much better and probably tastes better. Thanks.

The name of the instrumental is called Home Sweet Home. My dad use to play this song a lot. He was lead singer for Ralph Stanley until he was killed in 1974.

I think the noodles will become thick and soggy coz all of the water is absorbed by the noodles

NO! It is the worst way. Cook the chicken first. You don't want to get salmonella.

😬 cooking animals and vegetables is not the same. Chicken/beef needs to be cooked fried or boiled first, then add everything else
