Simple Tesla Coil Secondary Winder Rebuild and First Wind 

This video shows the rebuild of this Tesla Coil secondary winding machine.
The original version worked, but the upgraded pulley, motor mount, and counter really makes this winder easy to use. This was mechanically the simplest coil winder I could imagine. There are lots of other winders on the internet, but this one works great!
