I actually found a problem. The "jump" button is only on-release, which is pretty awful gameplay wise. There are no options in the button component to change this, which makes things very challenging.

I have problem with multiple jump. I watched your tutorial about "Environment & Jumping" and implement it in my code ("it work perfect, when I tapping space") but I don't know how to implement to jump button. Could You help me?

Hi there. Everything works well except the animation walk doesnt work with the buttons. Works perfectly with the keboard but not when i use the buttons. Any idea why?

What unity version are you using? and have you tried it on different devices? let ne know if the problem still exists

@@TheGameGuy yea so it works on pc when i click it with my mouse but it doesnt work when i click it on mobile and i did a debug.log statement and it is getting called out and i am using unity 2019.4.1f1 and thanks for answering so fast i did sub and lke everyvid thanks :D

Try using debug.log() statement to check if the method is even getting called or not.. if it is not make sure you have EventSystem in your hierarchy.. if the problem persist try removing and re adding the canvas and eventsystem repeat the first step.. hopefully it will work.

@@matsamsung06Have you referenced the rigidbody2d attached to the player? and make sure you get rigidbody2d inside of the start method like this : RigidBody2D rb; void start () { rb = GetComponent(); }

try putting a debug.log statement in your jump method see if it actually getting called..

@@TheGameGuy it was a problem in checking if the character is grounded or not so i added a bool variable in the Jump fonction, now it works properly. thank you bro keep spreading knowledge bro 🌷🌷
