I've tried many different drippers but still like plastic V60 the best. It's durable and has the lowest thermal mass, so all the heat is absorbed by the coffee and not by the dripper.
I wish I would have known before getting into filter coffee that I will end up drinking only portions of rather 200ml than 250ml and more. Unfortunately, then I got the ceramic V60 for two portions. Now I mostly use this with the april brew recipes of dividing up 200g in 4 equal pours every 30 seconds and I use pretty hot water (95 degrees). But I still might get a plastic V60 single portion to try out other recipes where more water is filled into the cone at once.
