Used this combo on my hair, OMG. My hair is so moisture and defined. Currently on day 2 and it’s very humid and my hair looks great. This is going to be my new go to.

@@TheOKaeKaela so happy you showed how to part the back of your hair when sectioning for styling I have this stubborn gap in the back of mine that I can’t get rid of so I’m definitely trying this sectioning technique to see if it’ll Help me! Love, love, love! I'm getting into wash n' go styles, so this was right on time. Did you have any product (leave-in conditioner, etc.) on your hair prior to adding the African Pride curl custard?

No I started on bare hair. I used as ordered: Africa pride curling creme, then the creme of nature curl activator, then the Lottabody foaming mousse❤️

I went to the store to buy the products you mentioned and realized most of them have coconut in them. So I tried an alternative products but the mouse just was too light for my hair. I will go back to gel but liked the curling cream you suggested and will definitely add that back to my routine.

I absolutely love how your hair turned out but I have extremely low porosity hair so silicones, proteins and coconut oil are disasterous for me so I'm always concerned about the ingredients before I try them out. My cuticles are very tight. Will these products work on my hair?

This looked great! How long did this wash n go last for you? I have the African pride curl milk and gel. I haven’t used the products yet but my hair normally last longer when I add a gel to set it.

did you let it dry all the way before going to sleep? and how did you preserve your hair while you slept?

It depends. Sometimes I’ll diffuse 80% before bed and finish drying the morning if its late. Other times if I have more time in the day I’ll let the wash and go sit for an hour before diffusing it 100% dry. I preserve it by pinappleing (tie in a loose ponytail at the top of head) it up and sleep on a satin/silk pillow case💕
