3 Effortless Arm Drags 1. Wrist Drag - Left hand grabs left wrist, and right hand grabs left bicep. Step in with lead leg to cut distance faster. 2. Snap Drag - Left hand slaps left wrist down while the right hand grabs left bicep at the same time. Step in with lead leg inside like #1. 3. Windmill Drag - Fingers of left hand stay tight, right hand goes on left bicep. Lower your level to get both hands behind his knees, and drive to get a double leg takedown.
