Pearly Ramos mam dito sa Davao City po... pagsinabing exclusive subd. talagang may mga policy yan ang bawat home owners association, na tinutupad po, kung c kapitbahay may occasion cguro pwede naman po pakiusapan na hindi super malakas ang volume for sure aware cya sa policy...paghindi makinig...well... pwede po tayo tumawag ng 911... mabilis naman ang action nila... c house is single detached meaning nakatayo po sa gitna mismo ng lote which is ang standard lot size po is 180sqm.... may mga other exclusive po kami na malalaki ang area pero may kamahalan din ang price.. Latest price ngayon is 5.7M na po... bakit cya mas mahal when it come sa house and lot package c Davao City... kasi mahal po ang materials dito...compared diyan sa Manila...ang mga material po dito sa Davao talagang galing pa diyan sa Manila kasi nadiyan ang mga manufacturing, and of course iconsider natin ang shipment po.

Sa Quezon City kung saan may condo unit ang anak ko (exclusive condominium din ito, hindi ka pwedeng basta basta makakapasok kung bisita ka at iinform pa yun may-ari ng unit owner kung tatanggapin niya o hindi yun visitor) ay maingay din ang ibang condo unit owners at nag-iinuman pa hanggang madaling araw at kung magreklamo ka, yun condo unit owners na nerereklamo mo ay tatanungin kung sino ang nagreklamo at later on, ikaw na nagreklamo ay pag-iinitan ka at pariringgan lalo pa't may sinasabi yun condo unit owners na iyon...so walang nagrereklamo. Kahit mga security guard, hindi nila mapasaway ang mga siga-sigang condo unit owners dahil sasabihin nila; kami (condo unit owners) ang nagpapasweldo sa inyo. Gusto mo ipatanggal kita? Yan pa ang sasabihin kaya tiyope ang mga security guards. Pakikialaman lang kung nagkakagulo na o may away.
