Here's my opinion Give illit a new concept cuz they don't fit the concept as much as newjeans maybe just give them cute concept different from newjeans . Disciplinary action on min heejin , she has done some shady things. Both parties need to stop manipulating news outlets .
yep. the press conference of min he jin was to manipulate the public opinion. she knows well what to do and how to manipulate. and people are so easy to manipulate through emotions. whatever happens, hope the girls will be okay.

She called out Bang PD for poor creativity with Illit and the response is an investigation and was publicized? heck of an attempt to shut her up.
I'm concerned about NJ's future. Their concepts and performances have been unique (i'm not saying they own the fashion nor music genre they are pursuing, however they are really exceptional at excecuting and adopting concepts among Kpop groups. Their personalities are also natural and "real", doesn't make me feel like watching walking internet/industry products :D their art conveys clear and raw emotions, in ditto let's say That rawness and realness should be grown in an industry full of lies and tasteless products, their arts are promising 😭 Well on the matter, im all for the art so i hope MHJ survive this shit and continue leading NJ, despite her shady and power seeking behaviors 😭
yeah but even if she gets fired, i don't think it would be a problem, because hybe knows now how to promote new jeans and the color of the concepts. they can pull it off without MHJ. it's not like they don't have any other good producers. but i'm worried if she gets fired, will she try to get new jeans down with her ? as revenge. don't know what will happen. because with her tactics, she can definitely pull off something like that.

one correction: Hybe knew about min heejin’s actions and her ‘plans’ to take over ador for a while now, even before illit’s debut. So these two issues don’t really have any correlation. It was most likely a move by ador to fuel fan wars among the fans. Honestly both hybe and min heejin are using really petty media play, so it’s really hard to know who’s telling the truth. Right now all I know that hybe has initiated a audit ( I don’t think any company would do an audit without having actual evidence) with pretty serious accusations. If I am not wrong minheejin refused to hand in some information assets which is a REALLY bad look for her legally. That’s like indirectly admitting that she did have plans for hostile takeover.

The problem originnated way before Illit debut, Hybe has been monitoring Min for months now (thanks to whistleblowers). She had "plans" of bringing down Hybe and Ador value in order to purchase it at a cheaper price later on. And so and so. The Illit thing (as if groups debuting around the same year don't have similar concepts, we also see that in films, with 2-3 revolving around the same theme in the same year: Armageddon-Deep Impact, the volcanoes movies, and so on) is just adjacent and she's using it as scapegoat, and also to make people preocupied with fanwars instead on what SHE has done: groom the girls to the point they might think she would never do something wrong, request more and more money, and complain the artists get more money than her (we are tlaking about billions won), she has leaked corporate info to external investors, as well as "shaman friends"... and much more. She's a book narcissist and everyone should see the issue is not and was not ever Illit.
All her employees are bashing her online by the way. Plus Hybe WOULD NEVER move knowing the impact in the stock price IF they weren't 300% sure of their claims. The woman didn't think they'd risk it, and now she's caught somewhat by surprise. Plus she's not returning company assets (the laptop) and she's throwing all groups (Illit, BTS, Riize, TWS...) inciting talks amon kpop fans and even gp.
