good evening madam. Yes as long as your cycle is 21 or less u have no safe days after yo periods. You safe days will be after ovulation

The ovulation period is 14 days before the start of the first day of your period of the next cycle, that is why you minus. However, you should abstain 5 days before that 14th day due to egg survival and abstain also after the second day of that 14th day due to the survival of the egg to be safe. In other words, to be safe you should abstain from the 19th day to the 12th day before the start of your period if you have regular periods because you can predict the next date of the start of your period. If you have irregular periods, try to monitor the starting dates of your periods for 3 months so that you can do the average to predict the next month's starting date of your periods.
