Just an interesting thing that I did with my Simplex 2001: I removed the L-Series P2RL and put my 4903-9426 in its place to demonstrate what a Simplex TrueAlert sounds like on a 2001 system. I lately haven't gotten to testing new fire alarm equipment that I got recently and making more videos because I've been extremely busy.

That probably doesn’t have a free run mode which makes the strobe glitch without

Also the P2RL is Non Coded, P4RLs can be coded. 4 Wire TrueAlerts can be coded by a panel when set to FreeRun and 2 Wire TrueAlerts have to be run off of a SmartSync Module in order to run.

Sounds interesting. I am assuming this is one of those 4 wire selectable TrueAlerts.
