Beautiful work. Did you resin print those restorations or were they milled? Think moving teeth first inward, IPR, establish positive overjet, then if still needs restoration, then do your beautiful work. Just a few aligners and this case is easy. Aligners are easier than the detailed work you showed in this video. You can do your own staging, make your own aligners from printed models, and not have a high lab cost.
