No other feeling like surging down the lane, not even an inch of board in front of your toes - walking on water! Swinging a big ol board around like a boss is pretty great too. I miss surfing so much, it’s a challenge here in the PNW😢 This compilation, brings me back to those feelings, thank you!
Thank you Brad for the clip, longboarding is really the art of surfing from early times. Some neat waves here too, cant wait to get out again and share some waves.
grace and style - cannot be replicated in the short board (Sporting) circus that surfing has become. Great edit, this is by far the best longboarding footage I've seen for ages.......well done!

No editing or any sound, just the pacific surf itself.🤙 *While I know this is a mix of footage, in the future would you consider briefly interviewing some of these surfers? If given the chance, it’d be cool to learn more about who they are and what boards they ride.
i hate it when longboarders start riding it like they're on a shortboard. if you're going to do that, just buy a shortboard. My preference is they just ride their longboard. You need to ride it differently and the tricks are different. Sometimes I don't respect a boogie boarder or especially a knee boarder, but I've always respected the longboarders. Just stop pretending you're on a shortboard. Ride it like a longboard. (because that's what it is.)
You need to stop with the hate. Don't worry about it. Just go have fun and enjoy your life. You enjoy your life more, I guarantee you're gonna stop using the word, hate.
The BEST thing about surfing is that everyone has different styles and different waves. I tried the California old school style of trimming and stalling to find the best nose riding section and it doesn’t work in NJ. By the time you take 5 steps to the nose you already passed by the section you wanted to nose ride. NJ works best when you use the Hawaiian style doing big turns on the tail and taking 2 very large quick steps to the nose. But since the beginning of time , it is more fun when everyone has their own style and we get to decide in our heads who rode the waves the best.
