I liked this video best in terms of the actual teaching part- the other videos were hard to follow, I think because it’s such a basic dish for Koreans... if that makes sense. Thanks for the nutritional information of this video, too. How long do you simmer the soup after adding the seasoning??
Rachel Krueger thank you for the comment! I definitely know what you mean. Whenever I ask my mom on certain recipes, it’s never a clear answer because it’s so routine and easy for her! I simmer for about 10 minutes? Just until the taste is just right and the seaweed is soft and a nice consistency
