The rapture will happen when Christ comes. You guys won't see Christ returning three times, you'll only see Him return ONCE! And once He returns, it's judgement day. So yeah, pray, fast, read the bible, go to church, etc...
@@mandrakeblake-tw1uv I'm not that religious, I only fast whenever I have a blood test for my yearly physical. Even if I don't get into heaven, I'll die knowing that I lived a good life with many challenges and mistakes.
Nah they've never predicted the future we're alright. Yes I know you were joking I just like pointing out that every "prediction" the simpsons is known for was made after the event actually happened
I have previously noticed the rapture that was used for when Homer was watching happen to his family was more horrific than what was shown in the movie. Considering it’s predicted to have more devastation than we could possibly imagine that makes sense.
The opening of this episode had them go to a barbershop and they didn’t pay attention to what they wanted with their haircuts. So the barbers just sheared it off.
Keith, we are living soon to our glorious home. God bless you for standing and sharing the true gospel which is faith alone in the finished REDEMPTIVE work of Christ alone for salvation (freedom from sin). Maranatha
I find it interesting that I've seen many of the same scenes in Chick tracts. Are the makers of Simpsons really making fun of the coming of Christ and the rapture?
This is 1st time or its already made on rapture??? Because as I heard it's a predictive program n watever they show it will happen in a nxt few days or months
This was from May 8, 2005, but yes many many things they have shown have come to pass exactly as they were shown. The enemy knows many things, and he knows the Bible better than almost any of us unfortunately.
"I thought all relgions were a path to God" ....Other religions also claim that there is Christ. Using the concept of ‘anonymous Christ’ or ‘cosmic Christ’, it is argued that just as ‘Jesus Christ’ was sent to the Jews, ‘Christ under another name’ was given to other races and religions. Yes, another Jesus!!!! Can someone other than Jesus be the savior? Or is only Jesus the savior? Christianity tells other religions that there is no way to come to God. In other words, since Jesus is the only way, it is only through Jesus that one can meet God, gain eternal life, not fall into hell, be freed from sin, and be reborn. That is why many christians risk their life to spread this gospel. Pluralism is the deceptive ideology that promotes cooperation and harmony based on love for humanity, unity between religions, the people of Earth as one family, etc... Since everyone has a savior in any religion, there is no need to publicize the unique and exclusive salvation of Christianity. Evangelism is unnecessary. Just choose one and believe in anything and you will all be saved. Does that mean " everyone is saved, no matter what salvation is"? What are we saved from? In the Christian doctrine of salvation, we are saved from “wrath,” God’s judgment for sin (Romans 5:9, 1 Thessalonians 5:9). Our sin separated us from God and resulted in death (Romans 6:23). Biblical salvation refers to saving us from the consequences of sin, and further includes the elimination of sin. Who saves? Only God can take away sin and save us from its penalty (2 Timothy 1:9, Titus 3:5). How does God save? In the Christian doctrine of salvation, God saves us through Christ (John 3:17). In particular, Jesus achieved our salvation by dying on the cross and resurrecting (Romans 5:10; Ephesians 1:7). The Bible clearly states that salvation is God's grace and free gift (Ephesians 2:5, 8) and that salvation can be achieved only through faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). How are we saved? We are saved through faith. First, we must hear the gospel, the good news of Jesus' death and resurrection (Ephesians 1:13). Then, we must fully believe in the Lord Jesus (Romans 1:16). This includes repentance, a change of mind about sin and Christ (Acts 3:19) and calling on the name of the Lord (Romans 10:9-10, 13). To define the Christian doctrine of salvation, “By the grace of God, salvation from eternal punishment for sin is given to those who receive God’s conditions by faith, that is, to those who repent and have faith in the Lord Jesus.” Salvation is possible only in Jesus (John 14:6, Acts 4:12), and the provision, assurance, and security of salvation depend only on God. Now then What must you Do if you want to be Saved?
i'm going to be honest with everyone. When i first saw this episode, I was terrified. I hadn't heard about the End Times until I was 16 and realizing that this will happen some day struck fear into me, but years later I had realized that it's God's big plan for us.
