@@PynkNoir true, I already suspect as much since the release for Vampire GP, that they would just break up all Supernatural element to GP, which ended up pricier than just giving an EP. I kinda hate the energy of people genuienely wondered where was Restaurant on GTW, only to be told by others, "Don't worry we will get it as separate Pack." as if that was an actual solution.
Honestly I was so surprised we got werewolves before we got fairies in the sims4 because fairies were more popular. I hope one day we’ll get a fairy GP!!
It is. The only problem of the game is that it requires a super computer to play (10 years ago standard tho), otherwise the game would shut down constantly or stay at the loading page forever. But I guess if you use the latest computer, it would be smooth since tech has developed so much in 10 years.

Cause it is. The sims 4 is the most watered down, bland version of the sims ever made. They basicaly took out a bunch of features, or made existing ones bad.
Man sims 2 game play and quirks + sims 3 open world and customization options would go insane…. 2+3=5 so hopefully EA can redeem themselves if they want to come the sims 5 😹
@@Simsperation they won't. EA made the most watered down game packs for sims4 for over a decade since it debuted in 2013. Packs that made them more $$$ than every Sims game before S4. It currently costs almost $1000 USD to buy base game Sims 4 + every avalaible DLC pack. Sims 5 will either be more of the same as 4 or worse.

I think I already knew about this when the pack originally came out because I vaguely remember having a witch do this with a wardrobe I had in their bathroom, but it's been a long ass time and I forget things semi easily.... as to why there was a wardrobe portal in the bathroom my only guess is a long-standing joke in my family that my mother would disappear any time she went into the bathroom because nobody could find her so eventually the bathroom door just became a portal to narnia that only worked for her in our house.... I had a weird childhood....
Right I fig that sims 4 wuld b sims 3 just with better graphics and maybe few things from 2. But nope they nickel and dimming all the things that should be n the base game.

They released some videos of the Sims 5. It's only build mode things but you can see the graphics are much better than Sims 4. To see the gameplay we will have to wait
Sims 4 brought the best build mode and CAS. But sims 3 had the best world and swatch editing. Sims 2 best story/gameplay probably. But ur right... if every good feature from the series was implemented into the next game it would probably easily be the best simulation game in the whole genre.
@heading4theend Sims 4 is my least favorite graphics of all the PC Sims games. The older games look dated, but Sims 4 just looks like a mobile game to me.
the hidden traits are a big part of what made the game alive to me and could keep me with one family. i love it it makes sims distinguishable & is bonding lol. they have personalities aside from the traits we chose for them. and i loved getting more interactions that came with traits, careers etc
I only knew about the medical career! I’ve been playing sims 3 for literally 10 years now and I’m STILL learning new things about it 😂 sims 3 was just top tier in every way
The length that some of the hidden traits stick around for is crazy. My current legacy challenge founder and her husband were in military careers, and still 7 generations later the kids can salute. No other sims in the family have been in the military either.
I had no idea about any of these! I'm especially interested in trying out the witch closet myself. I've played the game for a little over a decade, and I am STILL finding new things.

that thing where a sim in the medical career can determine the gender of a baby did actually carry over to Sims 4, you can do that if you have the get to work expansion

I once gave a Sim of mine the unstable trait in the Sims 3. What an experience, she was asocial, went stir crazy and had to be hospitalized multiple times. She also almost burned hurself to death a few times but saved herself by hopping in the shower (one of the best features ever).
It’s my first time actually playing the sims 3 and today when my sims where getting married one of them got their head changed into a toads head, i got really surprised and i love that lmao
I STILL have all my Sims 3 games in cellophane and never played it! I'm still obsessed with Sims 2. Been playing Sims for 20 years 😂 literally since I was a kid when my brother brought the game home for the first time
I haven't played og Sims or Sims 4. I briefly played 3. 2 is my favorite mostly because you can make a gazillion Sim families. But I think 3 and 4 have pluses with regards to advances in things like careers and habits. I just think if they plan to make a new Sims, what they should do is take the best parts of each games and have that be the focus.
I love how people are still finding out new things about the Sims 3, it just goes to show how much love and attention was put into the game. Sims 3 will always be my favorite in the franchise (unless Sims 5 prove me wrong).
