Sims 4 - Darkwing House Residential Rental Conversion/Renovation (Speed Build) 

I decided to convert Darkwing House into a residential rental in Britechester because I wanted it to be able to have a full kitchen. I'm still sad I can't convert the dorms into residential rentals. As far as decorating is concerned, I wanted to go with some maximalist vintage. My favorite room is the main bedroom. It was fun to decorate. #sims4 #sims4speedbuild #sims4renovation
