Hey! I’m a big fan! I have a tip for you to save money.... make a little room as small as you can and then do the roof and exterior wall! So instead of paying thousands of dollars on the whole thing then just do that! Trust me you don’t have to pay extra when expranding and creating rooms it stays at the same price! Hope this helps!
