This is a Sims FreePlay house for a family of sims who live by the beach! I modeled the house on actual architectural plans by a company called Jimmy Bryan, with some changes to make it work for building houses in Sims FreePlay. Donovin 3D The community center is not a waste -- it's important for several quests. :) Which FB did you send request to? I usually accept everyone eventually but it just takes a while because of so many requests.

I like to look for architecture plans too, but the limitations of Sims Freeplay doesn't let me build a lot from them, you did an excellent job! Keep making videos, Make2 is awesome :)

Very lovely house. I get so excited when you upload new house tours lol. I try to build houses like floor plans I find online as well but on sims you can't build rooms in any other shape but square haha

Aww, thank you. And I agree about how difficult it is to do real houses. It would be cool for instance if the squares in the grid were smaller and we had more than just 18x18 or 18x36.

At first I read that as 'cold houses'. I was thinking - do these designs not have enough heating or are they really unwelcoming? hahahaha. idiot. *slams palm into forehead* Some of the modern architecture these days is insane. I used go into realestate agencies just to check out the houses for sale and see the floor plans lol.

I wish I could visit your town through Game Center, but I heard u have too much followers, and I can't use FB because I don't have FB. something For one thing, I have a lot of singing fish which fully inspires sims after they listen to it for 30 seconds. (This is a prize for finishing the Life Dreams Quest, btw.) But also, after a new update to the game, all sims (and pets) in town will become automatically inspired, and as long as you don't visit their houses they will stay that way. So I try to hold off on visiting as many houses as possible, for as long as possible. :D

Charlotte Wressell I believe the 1x1s are the "goldfish" aquarium which is a separate purchase for like 99 cents. They ought to be included with the others IMO!

I couldn't find an emial address so I guess I'll leave a comment. First I'd like to say that I don't live near any ocean, I live in Minnisota (which is in the USA). and the only body's of water around are lakes haha, also I had a question on how u can afford your houses and furniture. I'm sorry if this may be repetitive, but u seem to not have any hesitation when it comes to buying anything. I have many working sims but it takes sooo long to save for a house. I was just wondering if u buy it all or anything of the sort. If u don't mind me asking.

monkeysyah Haha, thanks for reading the description. :) We have a lot of ways of getting currency in the game if you don't want to buy it -- we posted a video the other day called Frequent Questions which walks through our top methods (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iPkTcFH9TAs.html). But the main thing is to keep playing, and focus on getting through quests in the time limits, and save a lot.

Princess Swagger Rugs are from completing the Dance to Remember Quest, from what I remember. Then you have 7 days to finish the salsa dancing hobby, and the Latin Villa is the prize for that. So they're related, but separate. :)

+NeonRainbow Yes, I think you need to complete the Dance to Remember Quest in 7 day time limit to get rugs. :( But! There will be new rugs coming during a limited time event later this month! Rumor has it that it will involve the fishing hobby. So best way to prepare for that right now is to work on getting a sim up to the highest level in the fishing hobby.

Kennedy Johmson To get diving boards, you need to complete the diving hobby collection (at the swim center). I think the floating chairs might get unlocked at a certain level, maybe -- can't remember. You have to buy the pool cleaner as an in-app purchase.

you can go to the baby store JUST IN THE MAP.ipen it and buy the purple highchair.buy a lot of chairs(it is free).if you buy 500,you will win 2 lp .then,go to home and sell the chairs.the refund is 500 simeolons :) have a nice day! c:
