This is a live build of a Sims FreePlay house by the beach! I modeled the house on actual architectural plans by a company called Jimmy Bryan, with some changes to make it work for building houses in Sims FreePlay.

+Angelina Wu -- Thanks so much! :) This was was a little easier to make decisions for since it was based off a real life design. I recommend planning designs ahead of time by drawing on square grid paper. It saves both time and money! :D (Standard lot is 18x18 squares, premium lot is 18x36.)

+Tam Chau -- We have several smaller houses in our Original House Designs playlist. For our Let's Build playlist, we have a few one-story houses and if you want them to be only for one person, then just don't build the extra bedrooms. :)

+BallisticBlogs Haha, that sounds awesome though! I guess like I said in the video, I don't really have a strong reason to call this a beach house. ;) For me the main beach features are lots of big windows and the little house in the back for washing up.

wow you are really smart in interior of sims. i failed of counting the squares on windows n doors to be centralised at times. and to mix and match the walls n floors quite tough though needa change and few dollars poof. hehe. i have not started yet my 2 floors interior levels yet but you gave me excited to do next level..:)

Hey make2 I love your houses and personal designs. I am new to your channel and I saw how you can get so much LPs by cooking over and over again but is their any advise on how I can manage all the plates going all over the place. Finally make2 I wanted to ask was will you ever do facecam in the future and carry on your channel and if so never stop. Love ya xxx

+Parminder Singh Hi and thanks for watching! Yeah, that's something to watch out for with the cooking. Usually after everyone is done with their 1 minute toast, I just have 1 sim do all the cleaning up while the others go back to cooking. They'll be a little out of sync but it's okay. As for face cam, probably not any time soon. :)

Just a tip; instead of spending loads of SP on windows you can duplicate windows by using a glitch/hack, that way you don't have to save so many up :)

+Katherine McLeod Yep, we're aware! :) We just don't promote certain kinds of glitches because we know someone at SFP headquarters officially watches our channel, and they frown on stuff that allows players to skip out on spending money. We try to stay on their good side! :)

So would each square be one square foot or 12X12 in real life? I want to make a Sims house from floor plans I got online for a real house we want to build in real life. :) Making sure it's a good floor plan, using my Sims to test it out first.

Make2 don't try to spend without XP if you try to build a house you need one sims to stand when you buy something you will get XP the most you buy the most you get level and get some LP with level . I just help you because I see you all the time like that so I don't you try to spend like this thank along make2 I love your video and try to make your video more then I just like .

The one thing I don't like about the house is that there are too many windows! Lol The only reason I would want so many windows is to stalk someone! lol but other than that I love it

+Ana Butron Haha, I completely understand! I just figured since it was by the beach, giving them lots of windows would be good so they could see more of the ocean views. But what we need in this game is curtains or window blinds for privacy!

+Bonnie The Bunny I don't remember where it came from, but it's possible it gets unlocked once you hit a certain level. A lot of items are that way. Just keep playing! :)
