Gen Z is getting wise to the deleterious impact of tech overexposure at a rapid rate. I've had the same musings. It is a sort of death, or fugue-like state at least, but the conversation around tech overexposure is ever evolving and being had by ever more people. I remain cautiously optimistic ;)
