As an ant keeper, I would highly reccomend, if you plan on keeping ants, to not move the colony into a bigger terrarium too early. When I saw how small the colony was when you made them an ENTIRE TERRARIUM I thought for sure they were gonna die

It’s impossible for ants to grow that fast, it would take at least 2-3 months. You also can’t put ants in a too big of a formicarium as it can stress the colony.

also terragreen just a tip next time you get ants don't put extremely big setup extremely quickly as almost all ants can't thermoregulate the babies because of the extreme size of the setup. Edit: This was a goated video btw oh yea and jumping spiders don't mess with harvester ants:)

Personalmente me encantan las hormigas y he estado en este mundo desde hace años, pero ne encanta como relatas los videos, e incluso sin tener el mismo idioma, y ver como viven en ese entorno, cosa que se ve poco, ya que es poco sustentable. Como detalle te podría decir que ese hormigero es muy grande para esa colonia, a ellas les gustan los espacios pequeños y apretados y tal vez la cucaracha fue mucho estrés para la colonia aunque seguro se las arreglan de alguna forma, no hay que subestimarlas ni desestimarlas
