Ingredients:
2 lbs live mussels (Soak the mussels first before cooking)
Onion peeled and sliced
Onion leaves
5 cloves garlic minced
1 thumb Ginger peeled and julienned
2 regular size Tomato
2 cups water
3 tsp fish sauce
Pechay
salt
