Tearing up a cobblestone surface , unless the cobblestone surface has loose and broken cobblestones associated with a surface , would be re-dundant if the cobblestone has a solid foundation. I would smooth the solid cobblestone surface with cement, let dry and add liquid tar as an adhesive for a smooth asphalt surface.
No not naked, cuz God speaks of that in his Word, and yuck. Not nice. Stop cooking for them, etc then maybe they will leave, but if only as last result walk naked. Lol
