JPBX 503 leads the northbound light power movement to San Francisco with the F40 901 trailing second, to switch out the retired uneeded gallery cars. Chased their southbound run to its final destination of Santa Clara.

Excellent video. Man, I'm gonna miss those F40PH and gallery cars when they retire. They were reliable and will always be a special place in my heart as a railfan

There is the info : that is part of passenger train that will be replaced by the electric train which will debuted the operational later this year

Any idea where these might be headed? I've wondered if Metra would buy these off of CalTrain once they retired them.

Hopefully if I get a chance I might try to go back to California and do a cabride if I can make it. Its about a hour flight from Utah.
