its called a ladder glide basically just go into the ladder slightly aiming towards it // only hold w // hold spacebar AS SOON AS you touch the ladder // took me about an hour or so to practice the timing @Tri2p and @sleepychrisCS have great movement guides for it (tripp is better if you like technical explinations behind movement and chris is better at explaining timings)
