@@ttyl7301 Typically I can't really distinguish Chinese and Hmong. Although those from Laos, Thailand and Myanmar do look more distinct. It's just like french wearing German traditional clothes.

no please ma'am don't think it like that, i am partly hmongic from hainan and I understand how this cultural appropriation concept works in american cuz I live in Canada as well but please don't bring that concept to miao and han of china this time around, this miao culture we grow up hearing and seeing with all the time although not neccesarily live in it, but our concept with ethnic is we always see each other as family and we have fun with each of our customs literally i am a product of that :)
