[Steps]
Preparation of dried shrimp
*Soak dried shrimps in warm water for half an hour, put them in a blender and smash them. Keep the shrimp soaking water for later use
*Fry the dried shrimps with a little oil and then scoop them up for use later
Preparation of shrimp soup base
*Put a small amount of oil and fry the shrimp shells until fragrant
*Use a wok spatula or masher to crush the shell
*Fry until the aroma of shrimp comes out, then boil it for 1 hour
Cooking Laksa Soup
First cut and blend the following
-50 grams of dried shallots
-3 cloves of garlic
-35 grams of southern ginger
-15 grams of turmeric
-8 grams of old ginger
-4 lemongrass
-3 red chilli and 50 grams of soaked dried chilli
-5 candles nuts
-20 grams of belachan (First put in the oven to bake)
-1 teaspoon coriander powder
-A small amount of oil
* Stir and fry slowly over medium heat until the chili and oil separates
*Put in the blended fried shrimp
*Add laksa leaves and stir fry for a few more minutes
*You can add the shrimp soup, the dried shrimp soaking water and the right amount of water
*Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes
*Put in tau pok and cook for 10 minutes
*Add coconut milk (turn down the heat first)
*Finally add salt and sugar to taste and let it boil for another 10 minutes
Ingredients
The cockles are scalded in boiling water for 30 seconds and then shelled
Boil an egg and cut into half
Scald the prawns, fish cakes and a bit of sprouts
First soak the laksa noodles in water, take a bowl of it and soak it in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour the laksa soup and add all the ingredients
