Looks amazing! Can’t wait to try!! One of my fav takeout dishes also because it typically lasts 2.5 meals!!! When everyone is done their chicken wing platter…I still have Singapore mei fun noodles lol!!! Thanks for sharing

Love Singapore noodles! 👌 I always eat it with the hot chili oil that the restaurants keep in those tiny containers... Can you show how you make that chili oil? 🔥

This might be a challenge since different restaurants make it slightly different for their own chill oil. I will try to incorporate a chill oil recipe with a pairing of another recipe. I will need to think what other kind of food goes well with chill oil!!! 🧐
