I have a suggestion for a 45%cdr trynd build (after the buff) for you jay: Nashors -> ER -> IE Then guinsoos and finish it with botrk if you dont go for tiamat, else finish hydra Standard boots, depending Precision primary, inspiration secondary, prob tempo or fleet? Standard stats, depending The idea is that you rush 45% cdr and by 3 items you have max crit as well, then guinsoos spikes your dps and e cd reduction with the onhit and also gives armor pen(good synergy overall), botrk just fits with guinsoos and gives some mobility Pros: Max crit max crd midgame (the dream), one of the best dps lategame as well as very good mobility Cons: If you go for tiamat it might delay your item spikes by a lot, if you dont you're left with a weird build path early game Why not give it a try? You could have level 1 proxy 3 waves, it would give you a huge advantage since pantheon has terrible wave clear. with buyers market, you can buy either a second dark seal or corrupting pot with boots before you head back to lane as the wave slowly pushes back to you. let him push and you can either 1v1 him with your item advantage or get a gank since he'll be too far pushed out. :)

against patheon just get doran shield and first buy a raptors cloak you will heal so much and you can get away from him really fast by his own turret if you turn off the poison fast enough. raptors and normal boots is much better than tabi specially if you are going to do some proxying.
