Hi! The reason for the algae, is leaving the water in the tank. For long-term of storage, press the steam button from time to time, to use up the water remaining in the water reservoir. @@SingerSewingCompany Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it does not help as there are already a couple of 1-inch size algae in the water tank, which is fixed and cannot be removed for cleaning. Any solution?
