I own this type of machine and thank you for the video mam. Which type of stitch would you recommend for sewing turbans using a stretchy fabric? I dont afford to buy a serger, please help
thanks for a helpful review. I am looking for a new machine for my daughter 10-11 years old would this be suitable ? I would love one that she can keep forever ! I am a bit worried about the speed of the stitching
Yes! The only machines you don’t need to oil are the ones which have it specified in the manual not to oil/lubricate, usually the computerized ones. This one’s manual mentions it in the troubleshooting chapter that it does need lubricating.
Hi Debbie, can you help me please, I have this machine but can't find any information on lubricating it? If you have a lint removing brush then adding a little oil must help keep the machine in a good condition.
This machine DOES need lubrication. Unfortunately they don’t give any importance to the subject in the manual, only mentioning it once in the troubleshooting chapter, at the end. When the machine makes metal on metal kind of noises and doesn’t run smoothly, it needs lubricating.
It does. Unfortunately the manual does not say almost anything about it, only at the last page, in the troubleshooting chapter, but I did lubricate mine becouse it was making a bad sound, like metal on metal at the bobbin case area and as soon as I did that, it stopped making the noise and it worked much more smoothly.
Has the singer 3321 got an LED light? I heard the lady in the video mention only a daylight bulb. I do not have good eye sight and I need a machine with the best light possible, which I have heard would be an LED light. Please advise. Thanks
