Well I'm threading my upper thread over and over and over, exactly as shown in the video, and the upper thread will not snug up when I put the foot down. I don't know what it wrong :P

I have this machine but nothing but trouble. The thing keeps jamming and also the needle hit the side of the hook. I see this when I remove the bobbin and the holder leave just the rotating device.

Never managed to sew anything on this machine without the material puckering, not even basic cotton. Mine was completely useless. Took it to the repair shop and they could not fix it. The tension is just rubbish. Try it in the shop before you buy it. I threw mine out in the end.
