I decided to go Union Sq Park in NYC just to ask random people to sing with me on Halloween night. That's when I met Angie, Noel, and Abraham! I appreciate them for sharing their voices! Which one was your favorite?
As a musician, I'm all about creating musical experiences that have people feeling happy and free, and that's why the "Sing With Me" series exists. Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

the 2nd guy is the perfect example of someone just discovering the love of singing. just happens to hear some frank sinatra and decides to start singing to himself, you can see how excited he is to be able to sing alongside a guitar.

The Doors guy had such presence on the mic! Everyone that steps to the mic can sing, but not everyone can perform. He reminded me of a mix between Jim Morrison and Captain Beefheart.

A dam broke inside me after watching this video. I fell apart, and wept. It was highly unexpected and out of the blue. It was all the contained love, of my 33 years, breaking free.
