I couldn’t agree more that it is a life changer to get rid of negative thoughts in our life. If I may share a bit of my experience how to go about this, this is what I have learned: It is impossible to stop negative thoughts coming. The trick is not to give them any importance or energy. They are just thoughts, most of them are not true. But I know how sticky thoughts can be. This has worked for me when unwanted or negative thoughts arise: 1. Being mindful. “There’s a thought”. I could label it to myself: just a thought, not true, not me. 2. Let it be there. Realise it’s ok to have it. It can’t go away by will. I just don’t give it any importance. 3. Leave it to be and focus on something positive - I usually go to a smile. 4. The thought and feeling will go away when it’s played its part and no importance was given to it. 5. Repeat These few words has helped me a lot: Let it come. Let it be. Let it go. Thanks for a great interview and episode! 🙏💙

The body and mind are a buffer. Meaning, given we have the ego, allows us a foothold over emotion. Such that, we can harbor any emotion of our choosing. But once we leave the body, all of that which was harbored, gets amplified to infinity, and we no longer have control over it.

Excellent reminders! I'm currently reading "Becoming Supernatural" by Joe Dispense and this morning I started to get a headache so I put the book down to think on what I just read. After a short rest, I put my computer on RU-vid where I had closed it on the night before. Barbara just happened to be talking about stored thoughts and how they affect us. I had been reading page 115, "How Energy Gets stored in The Body". Wow. Synchronicity is definitely our guides us to alert us to what we need to hear and it was so beautifully obvious here! Lovely. Great interview touching on very important first steps to create change within oneself. So exciting!!!! Thank you.

Being the observer of your thoughts helps in a myriad of ways. Creating new neuropathways in highly beneficial. If i have a loop that comes by (and i do), i try to send it to the Central Sun and let source/God take it. I barely have them anymore but sometimes they'll pop up but they dissolve quickly due to my awareness.

Most people want what is happy and good for others. Its the sense of injustice everywhere that bothers everyone. I think you are right about people loosing power and going nuts. But, I just think, what does God want me to focus on right now. Then, Gods power will move through me to be effective. Even if its something simple, like being happy to see a patient or customer in our hearts, I think that raises the vibration. If the whole world would take five minutes and focus on love, I think it would collapse the corrupt systems and elite with fake power.

The replay of negative tapes in my mind used to drive me nuts also. Especially towards the end of the 1980s after I had done some go fast drugs all the time and alcohol. Luckily I ended up in AA and worked the 12 steps. when I wrote down all of those resentments and fears and shared them with another person and looked at my part in them the tape stop playing and I was able to stay sober more easily! And enjoy some serenity for the first time in my life! Great interview thanks for the insights. Its good to learn from other people as much as I can so thinking that I have all the solutions.

But if we all meet again on the Other Side and we can tell each other that we love each other then, how can anything be "too late"?

I wish I would have grabbed him and told him all the time, but we never expect to bury our children. I always tell parents to tell their kids how much they love them as often as possible...even if they get the seldom eye roll from their kids because you just never know. That's one regret I have is not telling him that day.😢

I also had been in a line up of souls. We were lined up floating in front of a man at a podium in a huge white building with large pillars. So clean. Ever since then I have been on a healing journey. @@Talesofresilience When I got to the podium the man in a white robe just said "everythings going to be okay". I was embarking on a very difficult journey through what I will say is the valley of death. I was dying inside but my body was alive. My life force was drained. I had had a lot of trauma and drama in my life. The death cycle was brought to me in the physical and I have been dealing with different spirits for the last 30 years. I would say healing ancestoral karma that is helping me in finding my authentic self. I have been dedicated to the journey but It has been very slow in getting and understand some of the lessons.

Dang...number one this woman looks so similar to my birth mother (im adopted) and number two pretty much every word is the same clarification that's been floating around my head my entire life but for some reason or another it always just makes so much more sense when you hear someone else saying it. The hamsters on the wheel thing. I remember in some of my darker days using that exact same expression when I'd be blowing up at someone close to me trying to explain what my problem was. I really appreciated listening to this and thank you whoever you are for sharing your story. I'm only half way through so i'll get back to the rest haha.

My NDE changed my entire life and personality, with one simple thing. It let me see my dead father, forgive him for leaving (in life not through death), and apologize for not doing it while he was alive. I got to embrace my dad and say "see you later"... as there are no permanent good byes. It changed my perception of everything... Well, that, along with the life review. I got to hear everyone's thoughts and feel their feelings, in each scene of my review. I had been so gaslit by those around me, that I believed I was pure evil. I was a Satanist... driven to it, by judgmental, hypocritical Christians that surrounded me in a familial sense. So many people I thought I could trust, that all CONSCIOUSLY AND PURPOSELY twisted my perception to avoid being "wrong" about their behavior and actions. My mom loved to pick at me until I would get upset, and then when I finally snapped, had the resulting fight blamed on me with the words "Oh, so you're in the mood to fight!" The great consciousness set the record straight for me... and being that I wasn't the type to just believe this all really happened, even showed me glimpses of my own future. So, as TGC expected, I came to, and wrote it off as a hallucination... That is, until I became friends with one of my all-time biggest heroes who then offered to help me with the task TGC sent me back with... EXACTLY as I was shown in my review. That and 3 years of smaller things that were predicted, happening in front of my eyes. But meeting said hero, was a total longshot, that I thought for sure wouldn't happen. I take everything I saw as Gospel, now... What Ive learned about ALL of the worlds religions, is that they ALL stem from an NDE or Anahuasca experience... and all went wrong, when they added to them a bunch of human elements and mandates.. sometimes with good intent to try and solve a societal problem, and sometimes with selfish intent, as using the garnered knowledge to empower oneself. I was given a task, to popularize Tabernanthe Iboga im America, to help combat the opioid epidemic. I leave essays on every video about the epidemic, on Iboga's benefits in defeating addiction... to the point where they're starting to talk about it, and even legalize it in certain places. I haven't sought an ounce of glory or credit for it... I just want it to happen.... and I haven't sought followers nor have I used my knowledge for anything further than helping comfort the dying. Because of this, TGC has had my back ever since... where everything I touch used to turn to shit... now, everything works out. As long as I keep my focus on giving away the same grace I was shown, TGC hooks me up, left and right..... and I have an inherent sense of gratitude, for EVERYTHING that comes my way... the good and the bad, because the bad has always brought me the greatest gains.

I understand what you are saying but the whole point of experiencing anything whether positive or negative is what you do with it! How you react, how you turn something around, how you look at the bigger picture and come to the awareness/knowledge that this is a school that our own soul chose to come here to learn, experience and grow.......we pick out the specific experiences that either we have not mastered, or the other souls that you have come in with....soul family......that perhaps you have agreed to teach them a lesson. So having the awareness of all of this allows you to step back and review the experiences. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to look back in hindsight when there is some distance from what happened and it is not so raw.......the bottom line is that we always have the choice to how we react to things that happen that are negative. Once we have this knowledge of why bad things happen to good people......we can look for the lesson, learn it/acknowledge it...and move on....that lesson will not come around again if you have truly mastered it. I often wonder what motivates us to want to learn at this school......and my personal theory is that the Creator is experiencing itself through us as we are part of the whole so by incarnating and experiencing, we are collecting data....and perhaps there is no end goal as such but just an ongoing experience......that is perhaps difficult to understand as most of us have goals and ambitions in life so it would be natural that we had some main goal too......that is a great question actually....and it may be different for each one of us!

When I was in the 7th grade in my math class in 1984 I did something really stupid. I did the breath really hard thing and ... more or less choke yourself... it worked way different than i thought it would. I passed out and fell out of my desk .. split my lip and went into a seizure. No i didnt see anything that i remember. But as i was coming out of the seizure i heard a voice in my head that went to my mouth.. I was repeating the same thing over and over... " the first of the flock dies first" alnost like a secret told to me.... I know i was oxygen depraved... all that stuff but I know its a message for me.😮

What you are describing is the principle that MAXWELL MALTZ'S DISCOVERY....which was how the subconscious works....the self image....the memory that stores the self image....it is the memory which has acquired experiences and thoughts which are stored in memory....which becomes a part of the self image.... the self image then mirrors back all the things in your memory.....back to the consciousness....so whatever you have in your self image will be the narrative of those thoughts that will continue to reaffirm things... if you have a bad self image....then you have to change the self image by replacing memories and thoughts with good thoughts and good memories thus changing the self image from negative to positive which will in turn mirror the positive things that you replaced in your memory...hence becoming part of your self image... another words...YOU HAVE TO REPROGRAM YOUR SELF IMAGE BY REPROGRAMMING CHANGING YOUR THOUGHT PATTERN OR NARRATIVE AND YOUR MEMORY EXPERIENCES....BY KICKING OUT BAD EXPERIENCES AND KEEPING THE GOOD ONES ETC.......

sounds like male oriented thinking (old former program) a person is deemed "weak" and they put them through rigorous physical potentially as we see dangerous/erroneous tasks to "improve" them. and they would even subject women to them.or women subject women to them as a coping mechanism of what is considered "strong"

What you got told when you had that afterlife of that voice, that voice was god, he told you what you needed to do, cuz god is full of love he loves us deeply, and so we must love everyone as well on earth, as like he does for us, no matter what others do to you we still need to love them unconditionally like god does for us. He died for our sins on the cross so we won't have to go to that nasty hell, after death. He wants us to forgive others on this earth, so he can forgive our sins as well. Read his word do what his word tells us its Important, and always have an relationship with him, thats what he always wants from us, pray to him let him know what you need to take up upon on what your going through, get anew with with the spirit born again baptized, receive the holy spirit so you the holy spirit can guide you, and then Jesus will talk to you again, he will reveal more and more about what will happen. We are living in the end times today and he wants us to do all of these things, before his 2nd coming to the earth soon as its in the bible his word.
