Thanks again for another wonderful reaction. Dimash is in a league of his own. I am as grateful to have discovered him over four years ago. He has been a blessing, and not a day has gone by I haven’t listen to his magnificent voice. Because of Dimash,I have also discovered so many other amazing singers. You are one of my new discoveries. I have a playlist of songs you have sung. One of my favorite is your cover of My Way. You too have an incredible voice. That song was my father’s favorite song, and I cry every time I hear it, and you definitely made the tears flow with your version of that beautiful song. Thank you! I'm a huge fan of Dimash's rock belting, too - he has so much twang, so much power in that mixed voice of his, that I'm left in awe, every. single. time - just amazing! He's such a visual artist, too - I love the way he moves, how he uses the mike, and how he owns the stage, becoming one with the music with every fibre of his being - a consummate performer indeed! And when we add to the mix such awesome songwriting capabilities as shown here, plus the fact that he just so happens to be completely and utterly gorgeous! and we really are witnessing the epitome of being "the total package" - and I just love him to bits, so very, very much!💕🤗💋🎶

Thank you. This song is deeply personal for Dimash. He composed the music and the lyrics. With the help of Lyricist Yáo Qiān (Chinese: 姚谦) he had the lyrics translated for his Chinese audience. The song was first presented 16 December 2017 at his live D-Dynasty Concert in Changsha, China. According to a Qazaqstan (Kazakstan) TV interview with Dimash in 2019, the song (War & Peace) is actually called "World of War". The name "War & Peace" is Chinese translation to English. It is a powerful song that Dimash has performed several times during his 2020 Arnau Tour. The message of this song is very important for Dimash.

Thank you for a sincere nice reaction! You seemed to enjoy the song. This is one of my favorites. A very unusual, complex composition from Dimash himself. He also wrote the initial words and had them written in Chinese (according to his ideas). An important message for sure. Dimash premiered this song in his China concert December 2017 and 2 other concerts there. Then he didn't sing it for ages. Dears asked continuously to hear it at concert, so eventually in spring 2020 he took it to his Arnau concert repertoire. The orchestration and stage as well as vocals were different there. Very good too. If you like you can find a video of this song from his 2020 Kiev concert. Here in his digital concert performance both music arrangement and his singing have more rock vibes. I love all of them. :)

Gracias Frank se aprecia mucho más el análisis cuando alguien sabe lo que significa cantar y ama la música como la amas tú. Si, realmente creo que DQ emplea el registro de su voz para transmitirnos algo esencial, ya que las letras de sus canciones son muy significativas. He composed this song in his early 20s and had his feelings put into words in Mandarin and it was premiered at one of his Chinese concerts in 2017, so yes you did miss it 😱 Dimash is very anti war and sings this at most of his concerts to promote peace. He worries that it always seems to be children that suffer the most when adults go to war 😢

Dimash composed this song himself for his masters thesis in 2017. The message/words are initially from him, too. He hired a Chinese poet to write them in Chinese according to his wishes. This song was premiered in his China concert December 2017.

Dimash compuso esta cancion y la letra la escribio un letrista en Chino por encargo expreso suyo. Quien tiene talento es artista tenga 1, 2 3 o 6 octavas. Dimash tiene seis (aunque no es lo que determina su enorme talento) y sabe aprovecharlo para transmitir emociones como demuestra en cada una de sus actuaciones! Gracias y un saludo Frank!!🙋🙋

What I love about Dimash's talent is that he doesn't need to sing extremely high or low notes (although I love them) to give a great performance, his middle voice is beautiful and he knows what to use, giving us a wonderful show in stage.
