A good singer doesn’t certainly mean that if you hit high notes you are already a diva or basically a good singer. Some of these people even seemed like they were just shouting the note. They should learn how to support to avoid vocal damage. It would be a waste for the singer’s vocal quality and potential if he/she were to strain the notes. This is already a WARNING.

#1 was good( i wonder if she won the talent show) #4 a little squeezed and a little sharp but it sounded good #5 only boy here and he killed it (that vibrato tho) #7 powerful and on key for most of it (the best charice rendition for me)

#1 is my friend! Her name is Mae Sudara. She's also a Filipina. I was also in that singing competition in Japan. That was held at Hibiya Park during the 2016 Philippine Festival. I was third place, our other friend, Ann Salao, was second and yes, you guessed it right... SHE'S THE CHAMPION. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

That song in asap last 2009 was so epic. Sobrang tumatak sakin yang asap na yan dahil si charice ang unang nakagawa ng version na yan hanggang sa huli. At kapag pinatapos nyo yung kanta hanggang da dulo nyan dun na magkakaalaman kung kaya ba nilang tapatan yung one moment in time nya. Dahil may iba pang video si charice like she wears blue gown na inulit nya yung version nya na yan sa parang live concert. Tignan nyo pataas ng pataas hanggang sa tinaasan nya pa lalo hanggang dulo. @@deactivated4399 umm. There actually is. It is when you sing while maintaining your larynx in its neutral position. Of course the larynx naturally shifts up and down as you hit higher and lower notes, respectively. Although, there is this thing called straining wherein a singer forcefully raises his/her larynx to hit them high notes (like Fergie (or Ariana sorry)) or lower to reach some bass notes (like Mariah usually for notes lower than D3). Neutral position of the larynx usually lets a person support more easily and freely. That is all I know. You can try to search here on youtube or on google regarding this topic. God bless
