Same sentiment with the crowd. Korean crowd in this video are kinda lame if i may say that, they are actually just waiting for the kpop artists. And didnt pay much attention to foreign acts. Even the world famous zara larsson did not get a good reception from the audience. They only went crazy and wild when the kpop artists came out.

The audience are all in the state of shock guys, they thought, they are in other place in short, culture shock.

Korean crowds are so into their own artists and can’t appreciate diversity. And she’s singing in English where most Koreans can’t even speak English or communicate well in English. I’ve read a Korean comment saying that the “Philippine lady was fat and dark skinned.” Like seriously? So superficial! Eastern standards for beauty and PH standards are very different.

Totally agree about the crowd.They were generally horrible to anyone but the stupid Kpop artists. Mori sang her heart out on this, and for what? Really sad situation, *but* probably one of her best performances of all time! BTW, her voice didn't crack on that last whistle note. She actually over-drove the wireless mic with the power of her voice, LOL! ;-)

I haven't seen any of your recent reactions to Morissette's performances in 2020. Just wondering what happened to you guys cause I really like your reactions.

I agree with you guys about the non-appreciation and attention of the audience. Some were even looking the other way, only a handful raised their hands in appreciation and I can't even hear the cheers and applause. As a Pilipino, I understand their reactions, 'coz in Asia, especially Southeast Asia, only Pilipinos sing 80% of their song covers in English. Since this is Asia Song Festival, most of the audience are Asians and are rooting for their own performers and they don't appreciate English songs. You may notice when a performer sang in their native language, cheers and applause are deafening. Besides, Pilipinos are one of the Asians who are too westernized and over inclined to Western songs and culture, I remember once, they even called the Pilipinos as "Brown Americans". Tnx guys for appreciating Morissette for her raspy voice, squeak, squeal, growl and whistle that makes her the "Exceptional Diva". Pls. do more reactions to Pilipino talents and you'll see how your views and subscriptions grow. Danke Shoen.
